A: No. Once you have made the payments, you cannot change to another mode.

Q: Do you have EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) facility?

A: No. Currently, we do not offer any EMI facility.

A: You may enter your coupon or discount code in the space provided during checkout. Only one coupon or discount code is accepted per order.

Q: Can I change the details for the order placed?

A: It is not possible to change the order details once you’ve placed the order. However, you can change the shipping details provided the product has not been yet shipped to the destination. Please contact the customer support team in advance.

Q: How much will I be charged for shipping?

A: Your shipping charge is calculated based on the order merchandise total and your preferred shipping method for each ship-to-address. Your shipping charge will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

A: Yes. We deliver to any locations outside India.

Q: Can I track the shipment of my order?

A: Yes. You can track the shipment using the airwaybill number on the courier company
website.

Q: What if I receive the product in a damaged/defective condition?

A: In case you receive products different from what you have bought on the portal or if the product is damaged/defected, you can simply contact our Customer Care department or call on the centralized helpline number within 48 hours of the receipt of the order. You can avail of an exchange or refund on producing the invoice and the product in original packing and unused condition.

Q: Can you help me resize the ring after I purchase?

A: We can provide customize resizing of the ring only at the time of placing the order.

Q: What is your return/refund policy for orders placed online?

Q: Can I cancel my order, after I have placed the order?

A: No. You cannot cancel the order after the payments are made. Please refer to our return /
refund policy.

Q: How do I return an item purchased online for a refund or exchange?

A: You can send the item accompanied with the original invoice, diamond authenticity certificate, packaging box and any other documents/gifts which are part of the item.

When you return the product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note and send it to us through a reliable courier All shipping charges from your place to our address will be your responsibility. We recommend you to send your products by a traceable courier/post, as we will not be held responsible for returns that do not reach us. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the
product during shipping from your place to our place.

Q: How & when will I receive my refund/return amount?

A: Every request of refund/return would be passed only after the item is appraised and it is ensured that the item has not been tampered with or altered in any unacceptable manner. The customer will receive the payment in form of a cheque within 21 working days after the company takes the decision of the return/refund. The return/refund decision will be at the sole discretion of the company.
